Ugh, zapping the ticker is a way to accidentally (or even deliberately) kill someone. Careful with those torso shots on this guy Elektra, he's probably a lot more frail than he looks.

Also, my best guess after reading the ending chapters of your Valkyries work is that "Elektra" is searching for Tona? I'm not sure if I'm even close to right though.

Poor, deluded Elektra. Tona Zehm is dead...

Of course she is.

Not going to apologize for relentlessly trolling everyone--myself included--on Tona's exact status.

No spoiler to say that she remains a problem, if only in terms of energy expended. For every "pinup" you see in the forums, there's at least one lewd of Tona that you'll never, ever see. And over the course of a year, that's hundreds of hours of time wasted. Guh.

Tona is to some degree a celebrity in-universe, so "Tona lives!" sounds like an inevitable conspiracy theory to crop up...

"Tona Lives!"

I like it. It's easier to believe in the pure ideals of vanished heroes than it is to partake in the gritty work of the real world.

It's also a lot easier to whitewash a monster's crimes and other misdeeds after they've stopped being able to commit more of them. I'm sure you've noticed this from all the people who think Ronald Reagan was a great president in certain parts of the US.
