Soooo Prof's original description of Mary Joan Stonecastle was: "She is prim and proper, doesn't overly indulge in drink, is very organized, and is a little more likely to leave bodies in her wake."

Prof's description brings me to the conclusion that MJ's relationship with Chuck is based upon the good old "opposites attract" principle...
(Except for the "leaving bodies in her/his wake" part, obviously.)

Cops equated with good guys.
In a world as 'gray' as this one, that remains to be seen.
I am now caught up with the entire comic up to this point.
Now, I have to go deep-diving back into SOOOO many comics to get a better perspective of this wonderfyl story.
On the one hand - YAY! I've dipped a toe or two into Autumn Bay and Valkyrie. I started Let it Ride a couple years ago, but, due to a hospital stay I fell away from it.
On the other hand - CURSE YOU, 'L'!!
I'll be busy for weeks!

OK, I was wrong, and that’s a little less than grazed. Not too much of a mercy here, especially if it hit her vitals
