Hey, it's 9/11 again.

If you think "collateral damage" is the fucking point, fuck you.

On a more positive note, author Neil Kapit liked the Nazis-versus-Ninjas clash so much he slammed out a few renditions of that fight. Here's the first:

For some weird reason, that last panel evokes a weird snippet of a memory of watching Moonlighting as a young'n.

oh, believe me, I have spent the better part of the night into the wee hours looking for that specific scene. No luck.
I just have this weird, vivid memory of Dave & Maddie being knocked down during their usual hijinks in trying to catch a suspect.
Maddie on her back on the floor, Dave on top of her, but on his back, and his line was
"Great! I finally get'cha prone, and I'm facing the wrong way!"
That's the memory that popped up when I saw this.
I will continue to search for a clip or something, as, due to this, I am now just consuming ALL the Moonlighting I can find, just because!

Looks like MJ is about to get a little "handsy" there...

There may be some hand-to-hand combat before this chapter is over.

Why are you complaining, Chuck? You are now more physically close to MJ than ever before! (And likely ever again...)

I don’t know if these two will end up together, but I can hope... I’d love to see them with a dozen kids.

OKay, I gotta say, of all this funny things Chuck has said, that last line made me chuckle. :D

By the way, just curious, but what do you mean by the "collateral damage" comment? I think I'm missing the context or something (or I just need coffee...).

Thanks! It’s tough to write this on the fly.

Re: that other thing... the taboo against killing non-combatants is something I feel strongly about, even in guerrilla warfare. While I understand the frustrations with certain nations’ military/economic imperialism, that doesn’t and never will justify killing airline passengers, secretaries, and firefighters.

On this Captain Happy is utterly correct.
