I actually remember uttering something similar as Chuck does here about their boss Augustus Alexander - so yeah, treachery seems to be the usual modus operandi for Aegis...
(Apparently Gus knows that having a signature trait is important for brand recognition!)

Which is really funny, because Alexander's boys are exceptionally faithful at professionally carrying out orders for their clients/bosses... but for some reason or another, I've repeatedly portrayed them as having some pretty damn skeevy orders that involve screwing over a lot of 3rd parties.
